I want to use this site to record things that are of interest to myself, to my family, and hopefully to others. I’ll most probably feature things about computers, music, and maybe occasionally languages.

I’m interested in Java, C#, Python, PHP and various other software technologies. I enjoy running Linux, but also use Windows and Mac.

I used to be a musician, but now my guitar rarely gets played … But I’m always listening to music. I listen to too many different artists to list, but tend to like rock, indie, jazz, and some classical, among other things.

I find languages fascinating; I’ve tried learning Spanish, Urdu/Hindi, and Arabic, but haven’t gotten very far. One day I would love to be fluent in a second language.
